My Approach

My approach is Naturopathic. It incorporates your health history, emotions, lifestyle and many other factors that work together to support gut health.

I specialise in gut healing and gut related conditions such as bloating, food sensitivity, irregular digestion and IBS.

The healing journey is one of the most rewarding and I would love to work with you.

My Story

I have been on an incredible healing journey and have witnessed firsthand what the body is capable of.

I found myself in a health crisis when I was diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), which is an autoimmune condition relating to the gut.

I was signed off work, in and out of hospital for months and the future felt extremely bleak.

This collapse of the world around me encouraged me to study Naturopathic Nutrition because I have so much faith in the body’s ability to heal itself.

 

I finally started connecting the dots and learned how to use nutrition and lifestyle changes to reverse my condition naturally.

Its my mission to help people to reconnect with their body and discover what optimum wellness is.

I focus on gut health because it is the foundation of every system in the body.
